Victoria Holtz, PhD, has delivered keynotes in 44 countries, and five continents. For more than 27 years, she has worked with dozens of F500 companies to achieve an Agile Mindset Culture and improve Return on Investment, Return on People and get Sustainable Results.
Victoria has seen firsthand how the CIAG workshops help companies excel in the complex task of having everyone aligned and ready to make customers, suppliers and co-workers feel that their complaints are really gifts. And then use these gifts to co-create solutions so there is learning throughout the organization.
She is CEO for Moveminds Latin America, managing teams in Mexico, Colombia, Peru, Argentina, and Brazil. She has a degree in Psychology from UIA, a Master in Clinical Psychology from UNAM, and a Ph.D. in Psychological Research from the UIA. She has a Diploma in Innovation of Products and Services & Design Thinking by MIT; Digital Strategies for Business: Leading the Next Generation Enterprise by Columbia Business School.
She was elected as a Femmes Leaders Mondiales (Women World Leaders) member, looking for more diversity and equality in the workplace and was named Latam Head for the Global Future of Work Foundation.
She has participated in numerous radio and television programs. She is a Business Transformation Expert in the TV Azteca Internacional program—TransformARTE. She has also been a guest in several TV programs on Discovery Health Channel, Bloomberg, Canal Once, Telemundo, Televisa and Univision. Victoria is married and has 2 daughters.
